Bondi semi-detached house

This property was a single storey eastern suburbs semi-detatched residence with three bedrooms.

This property featured many rooms that were disjointed and had no flow. The existing roof was removed to create a second storey timber clad extension that included moving the three bedrooms upstairs, as well as creating two bathrooms and a laundry.

A lot of the internal walls on the ground floor were demolished to create a stylish open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

The existing ground floor front bedroom/sunroom was converted into a separate second living area.

A timber ply ceiling with express joint was installed in the kitchen/living area which created a contemporary look and new timber floorboards were installed throughout the house.

All interior and exterior walls were re-rendered as the render was in poor condition.

Bi-fold doors were installed to the rear ground floor and a patio to the main bedroom at the rear.
